Project 2030 implements a three-tiered opportunistic development strategy across the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area. By engaging local partners, community members, and stakeholders, we build sustainable, high-impact projects designed to foster long-term growth and meaningful positive change for the region.
TIER 1
Adaptive-reuse and urban infill projects with value-add potential. Projects typically range from $3-$10 million with a 12 to 18 month asset stabilization.
TIER 2
Ground-up development or redevelopment projects in established commercial / residential markets. Projects typically range from $10-$25 million with a 24 to 36 month asset stabilization.
TIER 3
Large scale development projects in new or emerging commercial / residential markets. Projects typically range above $25 million with a 36 to 60-month asset stabilization.
